Gua sha
Facial Gua sha releases entrapped nerves from tight facial tissue, increases circulation, opens pores and encourages skin cellular turn-over. The increased circulation helps reduce puffiness, especially in the undereye area. Facial Gua sha also improves the appearance of skin tone, sagging and wrinkles, and is great for conditions like rosacea due to its detoxifying effects. Facial Gua sha stimulates acupuncture points on the face which can also address mental and emotions concerns.
Facial cupping
Facial cupping relaxes tight facial muscles and moves stagnant lymph and debris out of the face which helps the lymphatic system function better. Facial cupping also improves blood flow to the face while strengthening the vascular integrity of the skin.
Together Gua sha and facial cupping:
Reduces Puffiness and Inflammation
Improves circulation
Promotes Lymphatic Drainage and detoxification
Improves Jawline and Facial Contouring
Enhances Skin Elasticity
Enhances Skin Hydration and product absorption
Relieves Muscle Tension
Stimulates Acupressure Points
Promotes Relaxation and Stress Relief
Helps with Sinus Relief
